Aluminum rim inspection.
The process consists of machining aluminum rims. The tires arrive transported by a belt of rollers until a point in which they must be collected by a robot.
The vision team inspects the tire on the roller belt before it is picked up by the robot and performs the following operations:
- Identify the tire model
- Calculate the orientation of the rim based on the position of the valve.
